We recently had Weather World install a new Braemar ducted reverse-cycle heating and cooling system in my parents' home, replacing their old gas ducted heating, and we couldn't be happier with the result. From the initial quote through to the installation, the whole team was professional, knowledgeable and easy to deal with. The installers were punctual, friendly and clearly took pride in their work. Despite the complexity of working in a very tight subfloor and replacing the outdoor unit in the rain, the installation was completed to a very high standard with great attention to detail. They left everything neat and tidy, took the time to explain the new touchscreen controller and zoning system, and made sure everything was operating perfectly before they left. The new system is quiet, heats the house quickly and gives us much better control over different areas of the home. Using the supplied 'app' it should be easy to support my parents remotely. We're extremely happy with both the product and the workmanship. Thanks to Derek, Dave and the entire Weather World team for an excellent experience. After a water leak from our 15-year-old in roof ducted heating unit, a Brivis StarPro MAX HX30i, I organised quotes from 3 local plumbers and 3 heating and cooling dealers for a suitable replacement e.g. another Brivis or Braemar. As this was our second Brivis ducted heater with a condensate drain which also lasted around 15 years, we were inclined to go for a non-condensing heater that doesn’t have the condensation drainage hassles caused by some heater models. Also, we’ve since been advised that these type of units with condensate drains shouldn't be installed in the roof in the event they leak and are best suited for outdoors. And after a phone call to WeatherWorld in Sydney Rd Fawkner, my enquiry was taken by Renee where she not only understood my problem but offered some sound advice and an approximate replacement cost for a non-condensing heater, a 5.2 Star Braemar model TQM530. Renee then organised an appointment for a FREE site inspection and consultation with their sales manager (Sam), and then sent a confirmation email and a follow up text message all within 3-4 minutes – Put simply, the customer service from Renee was amazing! And it didn’t end there, when Sam arrived, he inspected the old, ducted heater in the roof and then discussed my options addressing our inquiries and resolving our problems. He then gave us a quote for a 5.2 Star Braemar model TQM530 whilst on site and sent us a detailed email with all the costs, inclusions and conditions, and warranties before he left site – Again, Sam’s customer service was incredible, and no other dealer or local plumber came close to this positive experience. Later that day, we paid our deposit and received an installation date from Raquel and Nadia, respectively. And it gets better, when the 3 installers (David, Callum, Brendan) arrived on site they advised it would take approximately 1.5 hours to remove the old Brivis unit and install the new Braemar TQM530 unit with the new wall controller, a MagIQtouch screen. And true to their word, the new unit was installed and tested on time, all rubbish removed, and the area left clean and tidy, and they were always very professional – And before they left, they went through the operation of the wall controller with us and left all the manuals. And finally, after our installation Raquel contacted us with an email on how to register our new Braemar heater for extended warranties and service intervals. What more can I say, dealing with WeatherWorld was an out of this World experience! VERY HIGHLY recommended👏👍😊

Had a multi split system installed and the experience was brilliant. Sales team (Sam) provided lots of options, competitive pricing and showed genuine care for working out exactly what our house needed, plus helped out with different payment options. The installation of the new units and removal of our gas heater was quick, tidy and super-friendly. Isaac and Arthur were excellent, nice to our kids and pets and the work itself is professional and clean. Highly recommend Weatherworld for what feels like a big and daunting job, it was a great experience start to finish.

Installed a split system in our guest bedroom with them. We are in a townhouse and the installation was on the first floor. Really stoked with the level of service provided. Installation was seamless, timely and done in a very neat and professional fashion. Also, the customer service was on point and their prices for new split system installs is probably the best in the market. I would highly recommend Weather World.

Matt was great with regards our quote as he was the only person we spoke to who actually bothered to come to the house and discuss options with us. Even when we asked for different products to be quoted he was prompt with his reply and advice. The installation was also done smoothly from booking a date, including a last minute change of date to the actual installation where the weather wasn't great but they got the job done in a day. Would high recommend them if you're looking for heating cooling solutions

The salesperson I dealt with, Matt, visited my house and undertook a diligent inspection to understand the job we needed. He was a pleasure to deal with and it was a contrast from some other providers where you don’t know if they’re quoting you what’s best for you or what’s best for their bottom line.

We needed a replacement for our Braemar heating unit. I asked for quotes from a number of different places and this one was the best of the lot. Not only that, the team were very efficient and experienced. Some of the places we asked did not want to install in our house as the access was tricky (small space in the roof, second floor), but the team knew exactly what to do and had the job done in two or three hours. They were also friendly and courteous (unfortunately i didn't get their names).

Weatherworld Peter P know their stuff. Complete up to date and with regs. Fair price if not better than most reliable on time installers who cleaned up after works done. Have used before for aircon and heating and highly recommend.
