On behalf of everyone at Weather World, we understand your concerns about the Coronavirus (Covid-19).
Our priority is keeping the health and safety with all our customers and staff, especially during this time.
Reassurance & Safety
Since the very first beginning, we have introduced a few measures, like sanitizing all tools and our fleet to keep our customers’ peace of mind, meanwhile, protecting the health of our employees.
As a business who is providing Air Conditioning and mechanical services to clients in the Melbourne area, we are used to workplace safety, both for ourselves and our customers alike, and we are continuing doing this.
As you might be aware, Government has announced the necessary changes. In normal circumstances, we would love to give our customers warmly shake hands with greetings, however, during this period, our technicians and installers need to keep a respectful 2 metre distance, to keep health and safety with both parties.
Sanitiser & Masks
We have instructed our technicians and installers to sanitise before, during and after working in your home as soon as the COVID-19 was found in Australia. Facial masks will be worn before our teams approach your home and they will be kept on throughout your installation or service.
We carry out routine checks and guarantee that none of our installers and service technicians are sick or have any symptoms linked to Coronavirus or any other health-related issues. They are also instructed to report any symptoms relating to their health immediately.
No Overseas Travel
We have confirmed that none of our technicians have oversea travel history in the last 30 days. Although their daily work is covering the whole Melbourne Metro area, we will endeavour to keep at the 2 metre distance required when working and speaking with our clients across Melbourne.
